Because our offerings are digital goods (such as Premium subscriptions and Exam Result Checker Pins), all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once the service or digital product has been delivered or accessed.
When you purchase an Exam Result Checker Pin (e.g., WAEC, NECO, JAMB) through our platform, the pin is instantly verified and delivered to your account. Pins are strictly non-refundable. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct pin for the correct exam body before confirming your transaction. If a pin generated is mathematically invalid or deemed faulty by our system upon issuance, please contact our support team immediately.
Subscription payments grant immediate access to premium features (including unlimited past questions, AI classroom, and offline downloads). Therefore, we do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent auto-renewal for the next billing cycle, but your premium access will remain active until the end of your current paid period.
Funds deposited into your ReePASS wallet are primarily for purchasing in-app services such as subscriptions and pins. Wallet balances are generally non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account unless under specific referral or developer-approved circumstances.
If you believe you have been billed in error or charged twice for a single transaction due to a technical glitch, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and process a refund or wallet credit if a duplicate or erroneous charge is confirmed.
If you experience any issues with a purchase, please reach out to our support team before initiating any chargebacks with your bank. We are committed to resolving payment issues fairly.
