By creating a ReePASS account or using this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Student," or "you") and ReePASS Technologies ("ReePASS," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the ReePASS mobile application or any related web services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use ReePASS, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age. Users below 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid email address.
- Verify your email address via OTP during the registration process.
- Not have a previously deleted or terminated ReePASS account due to policy violations.
3. Account Registration & Security
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration
- Verify your email address with the One-Time Password (OTP) sent upon sign-up
- Keep your password secure and not share it with others
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Your ReePASS username must not impersonate any person or entity and must not contain offensive or inappropriate language.
4. Permitted Use
ReePASS grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the platform for lawful personal study and exam preparation purposes. You may:
- Access exam past questions, mock tests, and study materials
- Participate in live challenges and leaderboard competitions
- Purchase exam pins and premium subscriptions for personal use
- Download questions for offline access (Premium subscribers only)
5. Prohibited Activities
You must NOT use ReePASS to:
- Share, reproduce, or redistribute our question bank or study materials without written permission
- Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to premium content without payment
- Create multiple accounts for referral bonus abuse
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Impersonate other users, students, or ReePASS staff
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with platform integrity
- Engage exam fraud or cheat in any live challenge
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.
6. Premium Subscriptions & Payments
ReePASS offers a free tier and paid premium subscriptions. Regarding payments:
- All payments are processed securely via Flutterwave. ReePASS does not store your card information.
- Subscription fees are charged at the frequency selected (monthly or annual).
- Premium features activate immediately upon successful payment.
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@reepass.com within 48 hours of a disputed charge.
7. Exam Pin Purchases
The ReePASS Pin Marketplace allows you to purchase exam result checker pins powered by VTUNaija. Please note:
- Pins are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment. All sales are final unless a pin is non-functional.
- ReePASS acts as an intermediary. If a pin fails to work, contact us and we will escalate to the service provider.
- The accuracy and validity of pins depend on the originating exam body (WAEC, NECO, etc.).
- ReePASS is not responsible for delays caused by the exam body's own platform outages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the ReePASS platform — including but not limited to questions, explanations, UI design, branding, logos, classroom materials, and literature summaries — is the intellectual property of ReePASS Technologies or its licensed content partners. You may not:
- Copy or distribute app content for commercial purposes
- Create derivative products based on our content
- Reverse-engineer the application
Exam past questions are made available under licensing agreements with verified content partners for educational use only.
9. Referral Program
The ReePASS referral program allows users to earn rewards by inviting others to join. Terms of the referral program:
- Rewards are credited only when an invited user completes registration and verification
- Self-referrals and fake account creation for reward exploitation are strictly prohibited
- ReePASS reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time
- Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum threshold and admin approval
10. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app's profile section. Upon requesting deletion:
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- You have 30 days to cancel the deletion request
- After 30 days, all your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
- Any unused premium subscription balance or referral credits will be forfeited upon deletion
ReePASS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
ReePASS provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding exam pass rates or results. We are not liable for:
- Exam failure despite using the platform
- Service interruptions or data loss due to technical failures
- Incorrect information provided by third-party exam content sources
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via in-app notification or email 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
